We Are Asking For Offers For Various Hvac Works In Our Properties. In The Procurement, Only The Part Of The Work Is Tendered, Material Purchases Are Made On Behalf Of The Customers Contract In Accordance With The Work Orders. Usual Fixing And Small Equipment Costs Are Agreed Separately With The Selected Operators. The Works To Be Ordered Are Mainly Work Related To Hvac Equipment (Repair, Maintenance And Hvac Renovations), The Duration Of The Work Varies From An Hour To A Few Weeks. In The Procurement, The Price Is Also Asked For A Possible Hvac Emergency Call, This Has No Effect On The Hvac Work Procurement/Competition, But Is A Separate Contract. In Recent Years, There Have Been Approx. 5-10 Visits To The Emergency Room Each Year. The Amount Of Work Is Not Known In Advance And The Customers Do Not Commit To Certain Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. The Goal Is To Get Three Operators As Framework Contract Partners.
