The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Cleaning And Checking The Technical Condition Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Chimney Ducts In Buildings Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune, Managed By Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Tbs Sp. Z O. O. – In The Area Of ​​Operation: Operation Department At Ul. Orlik -Rűckemann 35/37 (Oe I). The List Of Buildings, Including Chimney Flues, Is Provided In Annex No. 10A And 11A To Swz.2. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Removal Of Pollutants From Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Chimney Ducts In Buildings Where The Combustion Of Solid, Liquid Or Gaseous Fuels Takes Place - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration On Fire Protection Of Buildings And Other Construction Facilities And Areas Of June 7, 2010. Cleaning Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts Includes Removing Soot Outside The Building, To Places (Containers) Intended For Storing Waste; 2) Carrying Out A Periodic Inspection At Least Once A Year - Consisting Of Checking The Technical Condition Of The Chimney, Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts (In Accordance With Article 62 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, I.E. Of March 21, 2024 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725) With An Indication Of Post-Inspection Recommendations And Sending An Electronic Protocol Prepared In The It System Supporting The Central Emissions Register Of Buildings (So-Called E-Protocol) To The Ordering Party In The Form Of An E-Mail These Should Be Carried Out Successively Throughout The Year And Completed By November 30, 2025. The Services Will Be Performed According To The Schedule Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Operations Department.
