Industry Specific Software Package – Delivery And Implementation Of An Identity And Access Management Solution (Iam). With The Procurement Project In Question, A Contract For The Delivery And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Identity And Access Management Solution (Iam) Including Services Is Being Tendered. The Solution Offered Must Meet The Following It Security Criteria Of The Khzg Funding Requirement No. 10. The Functionalities Of The Solution Must Necessarily And Demonstrably Meet • The Must Criteria In Accordance With Section 4.3.10 Of The Khzg Funding Guidelines For The Funding Criteria Of Section 19 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 10 Khsfv And • The Overarching Technical And Interoperability Standards In Accordance With Section 4.2.1 Of The Khzg Funding Guidelines For Section 19 Para. 2 Khsfv Must Be Met. The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Include: • Delivery Of An Initial 5000 Iam Software Licenses As An On-Premises Solution, • Implementation Of The Iam Software Into Clinic Operations As Well As Making The Software Operational And In Particular The Implementation Of Interfaces To The Existing System Kis, • Provision Of Training Services And • Provision Of Service And Consulting Services. The Connection And Integration Of The Iam Application With The Existing Medico Hospital Information System (Kis) Is Not Part Of The Tender And Is Carried Out By The Client Himself. A Detailed Description Of The Individual Components, Including The Respective Performance Requirements For Them, Can Be Found In The Service Description As Appendix 1 Of Part C And The Catalog Of Requirements And Criteria As Appendix 2 Of Part C (“Offer Documents (Contract And Appendices)”). The Contractor Must Ensure Close Technical Integration Of The Systems And The Relevant It System Environment In Order To Reduce The Coordination Work At The Interfaces And Thus Also Increase Reliability In The Operation Of The Clinics. In Addition, All Services Must Be Provided By The Contractor To Ensure Uninterrupted Clinic Operations And Always In Close Coordination With The Client. The Contractor Must Ensure, Among Other Things, That The Scope Of Coordination Is Reduced As Much As Possible By Developing A Process And Implementation Standard Immediately After The Order Is Placed In Order To Ensure Efficient Implementation And Completion Of The Project By The End Of 2025 At The Latest.
