The Triple Win Program Aims To Establish A Partnership-Based Mobility Management Through Transparent And Standardized Coordinated Placement Processes, Integration Processes Of Foreign Nursing Staff Through Technical And Linguistic Testing/Preparation And Needs-Oriented Support, But Also The Harmlessness In Terms Of Development Policy (Who Code) And Maximizing The Positive Effects For The To Secure The Skilled Workers Countries Of Origin Through Accompanying Measures In Order To Test An Infrastructure For Skilled Worker Mobility In The Long Term By Coordinating Training Standards And Mobility Management. The Focus Of This Order Is On The Creation Of Certified German Translations Of The Application Documents (Document Packages) For The Recognition Of The Foreign Professional Qualifications Of Program-Participating Nurses From India By At Least Five Translators Publicly Appointed In Germany And Sworn In Before The German Judiciary In The Native Language Of English. Professional Recognition Is Required So That Nursing Staff Can Remain In Germany As Skilled Workers In The Long Term. According To Current Status, In The Period From January 2025 To December 2026, Around 1,130 Trained Nursing Staff From India Will Be Placed With German Employers In The Above-Mentioned Federal States As Part Of The Triple Win Program In Order To Go Through Their Professional Recognition Process In Germany With The Aim Of Becoming A Nursing Specialist Work. The Success Of The Implementation Is Measured By The Timely Delivery Of A Correct, Certified German Translation Of The Document Packages Of Up To 1,130 Program Participants From India In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Recognition Authorities.
