The Public Procurement In Question Is Co-Financed By The Government Program Of The Polish Order Fund: Strategic Investment Program In Accordance With The Content Of The Preliminary Promise Edycja8/2023/2621/Polskilad And In Accordance With The Content Of Resolution No. 84/2021 Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 1, 2021 On The Establishment Of The Government Polish Order Fund: Strategic Investment Program. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 4. No Market Consultations Were Carried Out Before Initiating The Proceedings. 10. The Ordering Party Has Specified Performance Or Functionality Requirements In The Order Documents In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11. The Order Does Not Include Options. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Resumption. 13. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Social, Environmental Or Innovative Aspects In The Procurement Documents, Does Not Require Labels Or Does Not Apply Life Cycle Costing In Relation To The Evaluation Criterion.
