Tender For Construction Of 50 Kl Rcc Oht Staging 18 M At Government Inter College, Deoria, 1 Design and construction including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. over head tank of 50.00 Kl capacity over 18.00 m RCC staging measured from ground level to the top of ring beam supporting tank body complete with one meter wise RCC balcony at tank bottom. Complete with one meter wide RCC stair case with one meter height GI Pipe railing on both side over stair case with one meter hight GI Pipe railing on both size over stair case and on top dome and balcony on size made of 2 rows of 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium quality supported on 50x50x6 mm angle iron post placed at suitable interval, supply and fixing of inside of the tank, supply and fixing at top roof 600 mm x 600mm ms manholes cover with locking arrangment supply and fixing of copper lighting conductor with earthing, water level indicator, mosquito proof ventilation red light arrangement at top including proper wiring steel gate enclosure at entrance of the stair case, Hostingm, erecting and jointing CIDF pipes of required diameter for inlet, outle, overflow and wash out desired size 6 mm thick rubber packing, bolts and nuts of standard make and size as per approval of engineer incharge clamps etc, (including supply of CIDF pipes, duck foot bend and bell mouth etc) upto two metre beyond apron 25 mm thick flooring for apron in PCC 1:2:4 laid in paneled over 80 mm thick 1:6:12 C-1 type drain all around the apron construction of wash out over chamber, painting the complete structure with three or more coat of water proofing cement paint (ISI mark of approved make and shade, painting all steel work such as railing, ladders, manhole cover and all pipe with two coats of approved quality enamel paints, ISI mark) over one base coat of primer and including testing of tank for water tightness, (the bearing capacity of soil to be take as actual.(1) Rate for adjustment of cost to be made to regulate the payment for increase or decrease in depth of foundation from 2.00 m below (0.25 METER EXTRA) provided in item No. 01(2) Rate for Adjustment of cost to be made to regulate the payment for increase in height of staging from 18.00m (2 METER EXTRA) as provided in item No 01
