Tenders are invited for Technical Support Services for NAV ERP System Scope of Work: The Technical Support Services should cover, but not be limited to, the following areas: Insurance and Social Insurance Equations Current System Behavior: Adjust the system to apply deductions (5% of total salary). Implement an additional 12% deduction on the monthly salary calculated from salary of February 2024. Ensure all employees follow the correct calculation method. Implement a report to detail deductions and additions for each employee, including reasons retrieved from Deduction and Addition Journals. Import list of IBAN with employee number from excel to Navision. Timeline: The technical support services are expected to commence on (01/11/2024 till 31/12/2024) . The contract may be renewable based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Submission of Proposals: Interested parties should submit their proposals, including relevant experience, team profiles, pricing details, and any additional value-added services they can offer. Contractual Details: The selected technical support team will be required to enter into a formal contract with IRCS, outlining the terms and conditions of the engagement.
