The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Consulting Services Related To The Organization And Management Of Project Bg-Rrp-11.010-0010-С01 Major Repair, Reconstruction, Renovation And Improvement Of The Home For The Elderly Dr. Stefan Smyadovski In The Town Of Shumen, Shumen Municipality For The Needs Of The Shumen Municipality, Financed By The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism, Procedure Bg-Rrp-11.010 Performance Of Construction Activities And Supply Of Equipment And Furnishings With A View To Reforming The Existing Homes For The Elderly. In View Of The Effective And Quality Implementation Of The Project, The Municipality Of Shumen Will Select An External Consultant Under The Ppa Order, Who, Through His Team Of Specialists, Will Provide Consulting Services Related To The Management And Organization Of The Project. The Consultants Team Will Include The Following Members: 1. Project Manager, 2. Coordinator And 3. Lawyer. The Consultants Experts Should Work In Close Connection And Good Coordination With The Shumen Municipality Team. The Following Main Activities Will Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Review Of Documents Presented By The Contracting Authority In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project, Prepared Before The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Selected Consultant; Review And Preparation Of Documents In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project After The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Selected Consultant; Monitoring, Control And Coordination For The Implementation Of Activities And Contracts Within The Project; General Management And Reporting Of Project Progress In The Isun 2020 System; Preparation Of Advance, Interim And Final Payment Requests And The Corresponding Technical And Financial Reports To Them; Carrying Out The Necessary Correspondence With The Governing Body Of The Program; Preparation Of Legal Opinions On The Legality Of Public Procurements Carried Out By The Contracting Authority; Preparation Of Opinions For The Cpc And The Sac On Public Procurements Conducted By The Contracting Authority Under The Project; Preparation Of Documents For Preliminary And/Or Subsequent Control Of Concluded Contracts For Public Procurement, According To The Instructions Of The Governing Body; Preparation Of References, Tables, Graphs, Etc.; Preparation Of Requests For Concluding An Annex To The Financing Contract, If Necessary; Attendance And Assistance Provided To The Municipality Of Shumen In Case Of On-Site Inspections And Audits Of The Project, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; Monitoring Compliance With The Rules Of Procedure Bg-Rrp-11.010 Performance Of Construction Activities And Supply Of Equipment And Furnishings With A View To Reforming The Existing Homes For The Elderly During The Implementation And Reporting Of The Project. The Duration Of The Project Is 20 Months. The Final Date For Its Implementation Is 31.12.2025.
