The National Railway Company Cfr- Sa Has Completed The Approval Documentation For The Intervention Works For The Project Increasing Economic Efficiency And Railway Safety By Increasing The Level Of Centralization Of Railway Signaling Facilities - 8 Lots: Lot 7 - Cf Stations: Lot 2- Cf Craiova Regional Branch. Cf Stations Amaradia And Bascov. Increasing The Level Of Centralization Of Signaling Facilities By Centralizing The Facilities And Integrating Them Into Traffic Management Centers Solves The Problem Of Staff Shortages, Contributes To Improving The Safety Of Train Traffic And Leads To Increased Traffic Speeds On Modernized Sections. After The Completion Of The Works On Increasing Economic Efficiency And Railway Safety By Increasing The Level Of Centralization Of Railway Signaling Installations, The Following Benefits Are Anticipated: A) Reduction Of Operating Costs In The Field Of Traffic Management; B) Improving The Safety Conditions Of Railway Traffic; C) Ensuring Faster Connections With Other Railway Routes In The Area; D) Increasing The Attractiveness And Accessibility To Rail Transport Of The Cities And Towns Along The Route. The General Objective To Which The Realization Of The Project Contributes Consists In The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure In The Amaradia Station And In The Bascov Station, In Order To Fulfill The Strategy For The Development Of The Railway Infrastructure 2021-2025, Approved By The Government Of Romania Through Gd 985/2020. Total Estimated Duration Of Contract Implementation: 80 Months Of Which:  6 Months For The Design  Design Period: - 5 Months From The Start Date Of The Pto: Elaboration Of The Pt Technical Project (Pac, Poe And Pte), - 1 Month From Preparation Of Pt, Approval Of Pt In Cte Craiova, Cte Cn Cf Cfr Sa And Obtaining The Building Authorization (Ac);  12 Months From The Start Date From The Oîex (Administrative Start Order For Execution) Execution Period, In Which The Execution Of The Works Is Carried Out, Including The Completion Of The Tests At The End And The Functional And Operational Tests, And The Obtaining The Ce Verification Certificate And The Preparation Of The Authorization File And Its Submission To The Asfr For The Land Ccs Structural Subsystem, Including The Reception At The End Of The Works (Rtl). After The Completion Of The Design And Execution Of The Works, The Following Follows:  60 Months From Rtl – Warranty Period, Including The Issuance By Asfr Of The Commissioning Authorization Of The Terrestrial Ccs Structural Subsystem, According To Hg 108/2020;  2 Months From The End Of The Warranty Period - Closing Period, In Which The Final Reception Is Carried Out By The Contracting Entity.
