The System Should Be Based On New And Modern Technologies That Will Be Able To Follow New Technological And Application Solutions In The Coming Period Of Time, Which Will Significantly Affect The Speed Of The Systems Functioning And Reduce The Costs Of Maintenance And Future Upgrades In The Entire System. Ticket Sales Should Be In Line With Innovative Technologies To Enable End Users To Purchase All Types Of Tickets From 0-24 Hours. The System Should Provide The Possibility Of Detailed Monitoring Of Passenger Flows Through A Database That Will Be Used To Create Offers In Order To Improve The System And Increase Passenger Satisfaction. The System Should Enable Automatic Sending Of Offers Based On Passenger Flows And Manual Sending By Employees Of The Client Who Have Administrative Powers. The Sales System Should Have The Following Key Parts: • Sales Channels, • Background Management Of Tariffs And Devices, • Revenue Control And Reports, • Integration With External Systems. The System Should Enable The Passenger To Purchase A Ticket Through The Following Sales Channels: • Web Portal, • Mobile Application, • Pos Cash Desks At The Customers Points Of Sale, • Mobile Terminals For Selling Tickets On The Train - Hht (Hereinafter: Mobile Terminals), And • Self-Service Kiosk Terminals At A Designated Official Location (Roundabout/Stop) – Tvm (Hereinafter: External Kiosk Terminals). The System Should Enable The Sale Of Tickets For Domestic And International Transport, In Physical/Paper And Digital Form. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The System And All The Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Requested System, Equipment For Aggregate Replacement, Integration With External Systems, Training Of The Clients Workers To Handle The System And Equipment, Contractual Documentation, Specified In The Technical Specification Of This Procurement Documentation And Attachments: Attachment 1.
