The School Yard Area Will Be Created In Addition To The Existing Protected Forest In The South. The Sports Areas Are In The Rear Part Of The Property, To The East Of The Building. The Outline Of The School Building Is Created By Two Bodies That Merge Into One Another. Circumferential Escape Balconies Connect Both Bodies Into One Building. The Larger, Eastern Part Of The School Building Houses Grades 5-10 As Well As Specialist Classes And Has Two Spacious Inner Courtyards With No Basement. The Administration And Teaching Area As Well As Grades 11-13 Can Be Found In The Eastern Part Of The Building. The Ceiling Components Used Are Predominantly Wood-Concrete Composite Ceilings, Consisting Of Stacked Timber Elements And Top-Up Concrete. The Underside Of The Wooden Elements Receives Acoustic Milling And Remains Visible Later. The Triple Gymnasium Will Be Built Using Solid Construction. The Ceiling Structure Consists Of Bsh Double Panels With Acoustic Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Formwork. The Single Gymnasium Will Be Built Using Pure Reinforced Concrete Solid Construction. Since This Is A Major Construction Project Involving A Large Number Of Different Trades, The Execution Period For This Work Can Be Up To 6 Months Due To Circumstances That The Client Cannot Plan In Advance (E.G. Special Weather Conditions, Delays In The Release Of Plans/Statics, Default/Insolvency Of The Previous Contractor). Extend Without This Leading To Additional Claims For Remuneration On The Part Of The Contractor.
