Procurement Of Pantographs For Metro Cars, Within The Framework Of A General Purchase Agreement (Purchase Of Goods). Total Quantity (Planned): 6,400 Pieces / 24 Months The Customer States That He Stipulates A Minimum Order Quantity For Each Product, According To The Price Table. The Description Of The Products To Be Purchased Is Contained In The Price Table, And The Detailed Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Drawings. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order Equal To The Amount Fixed In The Framework Contract.
