Personal Computers – Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Computers, Laptops And Related Accessories. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Et Seq. Act No. 134/2016 Coll. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Between The Aforementioned Contracting Authority And One Participant In The Procurement Procedure. Therefore, Individual Public Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement In A Procedure Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement According To § 134 Paragraph 1 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 132 Paragraph 4 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., All Conditions For The Performance Of A Public Contract (I.E. Including The Procedure For Awarding Individual Public Contracts) Will Be Contained In The Framework Agreement, The Binding Content Of Which Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 Of The Hdzd – Business Terms (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Business Terms). Individual Contracts For The Performance Of Public Contracts (Hereinafter Referred To As Contracts) Will Be Concluded In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of Performance Includes: A) Deliveries Of Desktop Computers And Notebooks With The Windows 11 Operating System, Monitors, Related Accessories And Other Small Computing Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment Or Hw), With Standard Software (Hereinafter Referred To As Sw) And The Necessary Licenses For Its Use, If The Sw Is Part Of The Device In Question, Including All Documentation For Hw And Sw, Necessary For Taking Over And Using The Device. Overview Of Supplied Equipment: A. Personal Computers, B. Notebooks, C. Monitors, D. Keyboards, E. Mice, F. Storage Spaces For Notebooks (Bags, Backpacks), G. Port Replicators, H. Power Supplies, I. Operating Memory, J. Laptop Battery, K. Internal Hdd, L. Lte Module, M. External Dvd Rw Drive. B) Provision Of Warranty And Warranty Service For The Delivered Equipment For A Period Of 48 Months, Or 24 Months For Notebook Batteries, In The Manner, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Agreed In The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Warranty Service). C) Providing / Ensuring The Provision Of Non-Exclusive Licenses For The Duration Of Property Copyrights To The Sw, Which Is An Integral And Inseparable Part Of The Performance Provided, Including All Updates Obtained As Part Of The Warranty Service.
