By New Target Machine, The Bidder Means The Following: - Basic Machines Can Only Be New Means Of Transport That Have Not Been Used Anywhere Before Delivery. - Furthermore, The Date Of The Official Technical Examination Of The Target Machines (Basic Machines) Cannot Be Older Than 6 Months. During The Official Technical Examination, The Primary, Secondary And, If Applicable, Tertiary Code Of The Target Machine Must Be Entered On The Technical Data Sheet. With Regard To The Superstructures/Adapters Of The New Device, The Tenderer Understands The Following By New Device: - The Operating Hours Of The Superstructure Must Not Exceed 40 Operating Hours And/Or The Production Date Of The Superstructure/Adapter Cannot Be Older Than 6 Months (The Certificate Must Contain The Base Machine/Superstructure Number - Unique Identifier) - Assembled From Factory New Parts, - All Parts And The Completely Assembled Device Are Covered By The Warranty Undertaken By The Bidder, - Damage-Free (Repair Of Transport Damage With Factory Technology Is Allowed). The Target Vehicles Must Be Handed Over With A Warning Sign, An Inspection, And A Registration Number. The Target Machines To Be Delivered Must Comply With 5/1990. (Iv. 12.) Köhém Decree (On The Technical Inspection Of Road Vehicles) And The Current Regulations Of Köhém Decree 6/1990 (Iv.12) (On The Technical Conditions For Putting Road Vehicles Into Circulation And Keeping Them In Circulation). The Proposed Target Machines Must Meet The Requirements Of Msz En Iso 12100, Msz En 13524, And Msz En 13021. Delivery/Unloading Is The Task And Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder. The Delivered Target Machines Are Taken Over In The Framework Of A Handover Procedure. The Owner, Operator/Operator Of The Target Machines To Be Delivered Will Be The Bidder. The Delivered Target Machines Must Be New, The Basic Machines Must Be Of The Same Make, The Summer Superstructures Must Be Of The Same Make, The Winter Superstructures Must Be Of The Same Make, The Snow Plows Must Be Of The Same Make, Of Impeccable Quality, Undamaged And Free Of Manufacturing Defects.
