Support Services For Road Transport – Tender For The Application Of Temporary Traffic Measures, Framework Agreement 25 - 28, Municipality Of Apeldoorn. The Agreement Consists Of Developing (Creating And Delivering) Traffic Technical Drawings On Demand And/Or Implementing Temporary Traffic Measures During (Road) Works, Events Or Emergencies. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following Components: • Applying Temporary Traffic Measures In Accordance With Crow Publication 96B, For Activities Where The Client Is Expected To Take Traffic Measures (Including Events). This Concerns The Supply, Installation, Maintenance And Dismantling And Removal Of All Resources Required For The Traffic Measures, Including The Commissioning And Decommissioning Of The Temporary Traffic Measure; • Being Able To Call Up Traffic Measures In The Event Of Emergencies As Needed; • Deploying (Hiring) Traffic Controllers And/Or Traffic Employees As Needed; • Developing (Creating And Delivering) Traffic Technical Drawings Showing The (Temporary) Traffic Measures To Be Implemented. Based On Historical Data And A Forecast Of The Expected Deployment In The Coming Years, The Value Of The Order Is Estimated With A Bandwidth Between €205,000 And €295,000 Per Year, Excluding Vat. This Bandwidth Is In Connection With Political Choices Regarding Traffic Measures At Events, On Which No Decision Has Yet Been Made. The Amounts Mentioned Are An Indication, Therefore No Rights Can Be Derived From The Amounts Mentioned.
