The Subject Of Procurement Is Clearly And Unequivocally Described In The Project Of Integrated Information System [Iis] And Digitization In Sb Biokovka [Further: Project] From August 23, 2024 And Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of This Public Procurement. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Upgrade - Improve And Implement A Modern Integral Information System And Digitize The Business Processes Of The Special Hospital Biokovka. The Bidding Aims To Improve And Advance Biokovkas Information System, Which Will Fully Meet Biokovkas Needs And Be Valid For A Long Time And Be At A High Level Of Satisfying Biokovkas Real Needs, At Least For The Next Ten Years And Longer. The Existing Program Support Does Not Meet All The Needs Of Biokovka, And Especially Does Not Meet The Real Contemporary Market Needs. Changes In The Market, Changes In The Environment Of Biokovka And The Necessary Organizational And Management Changes Within Biokovka Need Additional And More Advanced Modules, Which Ensure Mutual Complete Integration Within The Information Systems Within The Erp System, Integration Of The Erp System With The Hospital System - Bis, And A Much Better And More Functional Integration With The Environment: Suppliers, Customers And Other Business Partners From The Environment. Therefore, It Can Be Concluded That The Current Business Information System Of Biokovka Is Not At The Desirable And Really Needed Level, Which Would Enable Optimal Effective And Efficient Management Of All Resources, Up-To-Date Monitoring Of Business Activities, Quality Business Reporting And Ultimately Sustainable Development And Growth Of Biokovka. General Objectives Of The Biokovka Integrated Information System [Abbr.
