Construction Work – Renovation And Insulation Of The Envelope And Installation Of A Ventilation System For 2 Housing Buildings On An Occupied Site. Year Of Construction Of The Buildings: 1978 Set Of Two Buildings Owned By Foyer Laekenois, Built In The Form Of Two Towers Of 9 Levels + 1 Attic Level (R+1 To R+10) Placed On A Two-Level Base (Ground Floor + Bel-Floor), Comprising A Total Of 203 Housing Units. The Common Base Includes Housing On The Street Facade And Storage Rooms (Former Parking Lot) And Technical Rooms On The Rear Facade. Floors R+1 To R+9 Consist Of 10 Accommodations Per Level And Per Tower. On The Roof, Three Dwellings Per Tower: Two Are Through And One Is Single-Oriented Towards The Interior Of The Block.
