Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design,A.4. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law;A.5. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection; B) Documentation For Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit (If Necessary); C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries; D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries;5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate Along With A Summary Of The Costs Of The Entire Investment.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Design Of A Mini Playground And A Recreational And Sports Zone At Ul. Nowowiejska In Terms Of Land Development In Order To Create A Place For Families With Children And Seniors To Play And Spend Time Actively Outdoors. The Documentation Should Include The Staging Of Works: - Stage I Would Include The Construction Of A Mini Playground, Stage Ii - Construction Of A Recreation And Sports Zone.
