Building Factor Sellers And Buyers Will Have The Possibility To Register Their Properties In The Digital Land Bank, Through Which The Building Factor Transfer Will Be Carried Out Electronically And Therefore Will Not Allow Any Direct Contact Between Sellers And Buyers, Nor The Substantial Mixing Of Public Agencies, Reducing Bureaucracy And Ensuring Absolute Transparency Of The Process.
