The Consultation Specifically Concerns The Layout And Equipment Of An Empty Space For The Purposes Of Operating A Shop/Press-Cafeteria Or Fast Food Restaurant And The Installation And Management Of Vending Machines For Hot And Cold Drinks And Food For Hospitalized Patients, Their Families, Visitors, Consultants And Staff Of The Southern Sites Of The Chu De La Réunion Ghsr The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Manage A Service For The Chu De La Réunion, Southern Ghsr Sites Of Saint-Pierre Which Wishes To Offer A Cafeteria And/Or A Fast Food And Vending Area Automatic Systems Responding More To The Different Needs Of Users But Also Part Of An Approach Of Modernity And Respect For Sustainable Development. This Need Requires A Modernization Of The Proposed Offer But Also The Proposal Of Innovative Ideas On An Architectural Level. This Involves The Creation Of A Point Of Sale. Candidates Can Propose All Possible Options Depending On Architectural, Technical And Economic Constraints. The Concessionaire Will Be Fully Responsible For Supplying, Installing And Maintaining The Equipment Necessary For Commercial Operation.
