Purchase Of Equipment For Sports Halls, Within The Project: Equipment With Furniture, Teaching Materials And Digital Equipment Of Pre-University Education Units, Municipality Of Tġargu-Mureș, Under The Conditions And Quantities Stipulated In The Specifications And Technical Sheets Attached To It, Part Of The Documentation Of Assignment. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days.
