Technical Inspection And Testing Services – Accord-Frame - Soil Testing Campaigns And Geotechnical Analyzes. The Contract Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article 2, 35° Of The Law Of June 17, 2016. It Aims To Constitute A List Of Service Providers That Can Be Requested By The Contracting Authority. The Maximum Number Of Bidders That Will Be Accepted Is Three. These Missions Will Be Carried Out On Behalf Of Spi And/Or Its Subsidiary Sorasi. They May Also Be Carried Out On Behalf Of Municipalities/Institutions Falling Within The “Local Authorities” Sector Of The Spi And Any Files For Which The Spi Would Have A Project Management Assistance Or Delegated Project Management Mission. The Services Covered By This Contract Concern Existing Roads Or Constructions Or Land For The Construction Or Renovation Of A Building, A Road Or Any Other Development (Banks, Approaches, Drainage, Bridge, Footbridge, Etc.). The Tests And Analyzes Requested Will Vary Depending On The Project And Will Be Of Different Types: - Soil Penetrometer Tests (Static, Dynamic); - Plate Tests; - Installation Of Piezometer; - Mechanical Surveys (Roadways); - Destructive Or Core Drilling; - Soil Treatment Suitability Tests; - Endoscopies; - Etc (See Inventory). Any Position/Work Which Is Not Part Of The Schedule Will Be Subject To A Prior Estimate For Acceptance By The Project Owner. Each Mission Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Order. Services Are Therefore Split And Dependent On Orders Placed. The Contracting Authority Will Select The Three Tenderers Having Obtained The Three Highest Final Scores According To The Method Determined In Point I.10 Award Criteria. For Each New File, The Contracting Authority Will Award The Missions To The Participants In The Framework Agreement, Without Re-Competition, In Order Of Classification And Ensuring A Balanced Distribution Of Missions Between Them. The Conclusion Of This Contract Does Not Give The Service Provider Any Exclusivity Rights. The Spi May, Even During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, Carry Out Services Identical Or Similar To Those Described In These Special Specifications, By Other Service Providers Or By Its Own Services. In This Case, The Successful Bidder Cannot Claim Damages.
