Telecommunications System – Construction Of A Communication System For Conducting Conversations By Persons Housed In Places Of Deprivation Of Liberty And Providing Warranty Support. The Subject Of This Order Is: Construction Of A Communication System For Conducting Conversations By Persons Housed In Places Of Deprivation Of Liberty And Provision Of Warranty Support. The Subject Of Public Procurement Includes The Complete Construction, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Communication System For Conducting Telephone Calls In All Prisons, Prison Dormitories And Detention Centers To The Territorial Offices Of The Main Directorate Execution Of Sentences And Providing Warranty Support. The System Should Provide Easy Identification Of Users, Setting And Management Of An Individual Credit Limit For Calls, Management Of A List Of Authorized Dialing Numbers For Each Inmate, As Well As Easy Control By Employees. The Subject Of The Order Includes Training Of The Contractors Personnel To Work With The Communication System And Warranty Maintenance Of The System From The Date Of Its Commissioning Until The End Of The Maximum Possible Term Of The Contract. The Maximum Possible Term Of The Public Procurement Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion, Including The Warranty Maintenance Period. The Communication System Includes The Following Components: 1. Telephone System, Including Communication Equipment, Including: Main System Installed At Sofia, Gen. Blvd. N. Stoletov No. 21 And A Backup System Installed At The Address Of The City Of Plovdiv, Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd. No. 4. 2. Terminal Devices (Telephone Sets) - 700 Units. 3. Structural Cable System. 4. Provision For The Warranty Period Of System Maintenance And The Necessary Communication And Network Equipment To Establish Connectivity Between All Gdin Locations On The Territory Of The Country, Including A Firewall And Communication Connectivity Between All Locations. The Telephone System Includes The Following Modules: 1. Terminal For Local Control And Monitoring Of Calls - Allows An Employee Of The Contracting Authority To Exercise Control Over Outgoing Calls Made By Users At A Local Level. 2. Billing Module, Through Which It Will Be Possible To Accurately Determine The Amounts Due After Conducting A Telephone Conversation. The Contractor Should Deliver, Install And Put Into Operation The Following Equipment: - Disk Array For Data – 2 Pieces; - 6 Servers; - Disk Array For Backup Copies – 2 Pieces; - San Switch – 4 Pieces; - Support Switches - 4 Pieces; - Control Switch – 62 Pieces; A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification To The Participation Documentation. After Construction Of The Communication System And Before Its Commissioning, The Contractor Conducts Training For 40 Technical Specialists And 120 Employees Of The State Department Of Internal Affairs And Communications, Working With The System At All Levels, According To Work Instructions Provided By The Contractor.
