General Construction Work For Pipelines – Veeb - Putkistourakka. Vantaan Energia Oys Goal Is Fossil-Free Energy Production By 2026 And Carbon-Negative Energy Production By 2030. As Part Of The Strategy, Vantaan Energia Oy Is Building New District Heat Production Capacity In The Martinlaakso Power Plant Area In Vantaa. The New Capacity Consists Of A 60 Mw Hot Water Electric Boiler, A 15,000 M3 District Heating Battery And The Necessary Auxiliary Equipment And Systems. The Project Is Named The Veeb Project. The New Capacity To Be Built Is Planned To Be Put Into Commercial Use In The Fall Of 2025. This Procurement Concerns The Pipeline Contract For The Veeb Project. The Pipeline Contract Includes The Procurement Of Pipeline Materials In Accordance With The Material Lists Provided By The Customer, Pipe And Support Pre-Fabrication, Installation Of Pipelines And Support, Inspections And Separation And Coating Works. The Pipelines Are Installed And Inspected According To Standard En 13480, And Psk Standards Are Applied To Insulation And Coating Work. The Plumbing Contract Also Includes The Installation Of Valves And Piping Equipment Purchased By The Customer, The Manufacture And Installation Of Secondary Piping Brackets, And Equipment Installations, Including 2 Large Pumps, One Heat Exchanger, One District Heating Filter And Other Smaller Equipment. The Pipelines Will Be Built Partly In The Old Pipeline For The Martinlaakso Power Plant, Partly Out To The New Pipeline Bridge (Pipe Bridge Steel Structures Are Not In The Scope Of The Pipeline Contract) And In Connection With The New District Heating Battery, And Partly Inside The New Electric Boiler Building. The Highest Ped Class Of The Pipeline Is Iii. The Supplier Becomes A Pressure Equipment Manufacturer In Accordance With The Pressure Equipment Act 1144/2016 And The Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/Eu. Main Dimensions Of The Pipeline: -Dn500 Carbon Steel (Psk E16c1k) District Heating Pipeline ~60M -Dn400 Carbon Steel (Psk E16c1k) District Heating Pipeline ~130M -Dn350 Carbon Steel (Pske16c1k) Electric Boiler Circulation Pipeline ~35M -Dn65 Carbon Steel (Psk E16c1b) Steam Pipeline ~60M -Other Smaller Pipeline ~100M, Including, For Example, Water And Compressed Air Lines. The Work On The Construction Site Of The Pipe Cutter Will Begin In Early April 2025, And The Reception Of The Pipe Cutter Will Begin In Early August 2025.
