And dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed 4 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 5 Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1 :4 : 8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone agg.40 mm. nominal size) with cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and under floors including curing, supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work 6 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Raft foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be extra 7 Brickworkwith common burntclay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand) 8 12mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or roundedangles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive.(1) 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand. 9 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concret or reinforced ,brick work wrought to nrequired shape as necessary including for bending for proper compeltion of the work and including suplly of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. 10 Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cementconcrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size derived fromnatural sources) 11 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 12 Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer ofapproved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plasteredsurfaces :. (For Internal wall surface 13 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base ofcement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cementmortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) 15 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). FRLSH copper earth contunity wire,modular type switch & ceiling rose/angle/batten holder on 3mm thick phenolic paminated backalite sheet etc.complete in all respects.as directed including matching colour wash. 19 Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 20 Supplyfixingand concealing of20mm dia.2mm thick PVC conduit pipe with ISI mark embossed and with PVC acessories confirming to IS No. 3419 for drawing wires duly sealed at joints with original resin/ adhesive to make the complete piping rigid,plastering with cement sand mortar finished to level with matching colour including cost of material labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work. asdirected at site by the engineer in charge. 21 Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. 22 Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required. 23 Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet and 5/6 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required. 24 Wiring point for light with 1.5 sqmm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper condutor cable in PVC conduitpipe partly concealed in the wall and partly laid in slab along with the reinforcement before concreting, complete with 1.5 sq.mm. All types of soil 300 mm dia 47 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as 150 mm nominal size dia 48 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 100 mm nominal size dia 49 Providing and fixing in 150X100 UPVC Pipe Reducer including fittings complete. 50 Providing and fixing Bail plug / Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). 100mm nominal size dia 51 Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 52 Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 53 Providing and fixing 50 dia CPVC column pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 54 Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I.wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 80 mm dia 55 Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) : 80 mm dia 56 Submersible Pump include the rate of electrical control panels complete with all accessories &controls, all Electrical/Mechanical items as required to operate the system automatic/manual. c) Level Controller with sufficient nos. of low / high level alarms, contacts with electrodes andcontrol wiring for the automatic operation of water supply pumps, Submersible Sump Pumps, to achieve the functional requirement shall be provided. Control wiring between these pumps and water tanks shall be provided.Domestic water pumps must start at low water level inunder grounddomestic water tank & stop at high level in that water tank. Dry running protection shall be provided for all the pumps.Sequencing shall be provided for each set of pumps.
