Special Repair To Bldg No T-05 (Or Line) At Tech Area Of Unit Engrs Under Garrison Engineer Guwahati-- 1 B/R PORTION 2 Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters ortrussed beams clear span above 4 m to 8 m etc complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embeded in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Dismantling timber scantlings unframed in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sqcm in section, framed work complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and scantling complete all as directed. 7 Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed. 9 Materials and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed. 10 Material & labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material & labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4)on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm& 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item. 12 Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete allas specified and as directed.
