ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete as directed. 18 Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed 19 M & L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished in single piece) in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platforms, skirtings with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes over and including cement mortar bedding of @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or Pidilite.(c) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika ® Plastocrete plus as specified.(d) M&L for providing 40 mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150 mm beyond outer face of wall.(e) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.(f) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 5.00Sqm each.(g) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(h) 72 hrs Ponding test shall be carried out for sunken treatment before payment. 45 Dismantling of floor of area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face & 1100 N Edge), min compressive strength of 58N/sqmm and resistance to flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed with MS Holdfast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and
