The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Catering Equipment Constituting The Equipment Of The Kitchen Rooms In The Basement And On The Ground Floor Of The Hospice Building In Stalowa Wola At Ul. Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski 2.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Necessary Measurements, Unloading, Bringing In, Assembly, Installation, Tax On Goods And Services, Discounts, Rebates, Transport Costs, Packaging, Insurance Of The Goods During Transport, Costs Of Possible Customs Clearance, First Start-Up, User Manual And Warranty. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor, Along With The Delivery Of Equipment, Should Deliver And Install The Necessary Connection Fittings, Including: Water Intake Valves, Water Supply Hoses, Drain Pipes, Siphons, Electric Power Cables And All Accessories Necessary For The Operation Of The Devices Included In The Contract. Composition Of The Ordered Equipment. The Supplied Equipment Includes A Given Device Along With The Elements Necessary For Its Connection And Proper Operation. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Familiarize Himself With The Place Of Installation Of The Equipment. All Costs Related To Possible Modification Of Approaches In The Event Of Selecting An Inappropriate Device Will Be Borne By The Contractor.4. The Execution Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Quantitative List Included In The Item And Price Form And Qualitatively Consistent With The List Included In The Technical Specification Of Furniture And Catering Equipment (This Opz).
