1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Hydrophore Station On The Premises Of The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Partial Tasks: 2.1. Partial Task No. 1: Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Hydrophore Plant. The Order Includes In Particular: - Insulation Of The Facility, Including The Flat Roof; - Replacement Of Window Joinery Equipped With Air Vents, Together With The Replacement Of The Entrance Door; - Re-Building Of The Building. Chimney And Introduction Of A Ventilation Grille With An Exhaust Fan In The Lower Part Of The Opposite Wall; - Construction Of New Floors Inside And Wall Cladding; - Replacement Of The Hardened Surface Around The Facility And Introduction Of A Fence Along With The Necessary Felling Of Trees; - Stabilizing The Ground Of The Access Road To The Facility; - Comprehensive Replacement Of The Internal Electrical Installation, Including The Replacement Of The Switchgear.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Partial Task No. 1 And Partial Task No. 2 Is Described In Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation; (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; (3) Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer, It Is Of Informative And Auxiliary Nature. 4. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For Partial Task No. 1 And Partial Task No. 2 Is At The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów, Plot No. 38/4, Wytowno District.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer For One Partial Task Or For Two Partial Tasks. 6. The Implementation Of Construction Works Must Always Comply With The Applicable Technical, Construction And Legal Rules Relating To A Given Facility And The Technology Of Performing The Works. When Executing An Order, Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Regulations In Force During The Execution Regarding Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, And Sanitary Protection.7. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In The Facilities Of The Active Training And Recreation Center, Therefore The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of Supply Of Drinking And Household Water For The Duration Of The Order. 8. When Performing The Works, Only Materials, Products And Devices Approved For Trading And Meeting The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law Act) And Regulations On Construction Products, As Well As Should Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Opz Attached To Swz.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contract
