The Needed Services Are Further Described In Section 3.0 Of The Mini-Rfp. The Expected Outcome Of The Woc Is To Develop The Next Generation Of Travel Demand Models For The State Of Oregon. This Next Generation Of Models Will Be Activity Based Models And Developed In The Activitysim Code Base.
