wooden batten, conduit etc including accessories such as wooden gutties/ rawal plug, screws etc including removing materials from site for taking credit of unserviceable items and re-fixing the The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC supports. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC and having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall be colour coated sleeves.A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painted with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment , front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter , figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following (For Officer Md Accn) :-(a) Aluminium Bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4 x 150 A rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulator in independent compartment having front openable shutter - One Set. (b) MCCB, four pole, 415 Volt, 100 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable overload setting - 01 No. (c) MCB DP 40 to 63 Amp,10KA-04 Nos (d) MCB SP 10 A - 01 No (e) Indicator lamp LED in Red/Yellow/Blue colour- one set of three. 68 Notes :- (i) The LT panel board will be fixed to the wall in the place of existing U/S panel Bd with suitable no of fastener and lugs, PVC insulated connectors , PVC sleevesincluding necessary civil work reqd to re-fix the panel as per std Engg practice and make the good disturbed surface to match with existing specification of wall.(ii)Taking down of 4 old serviceable meter, recording of meter reading and re-fixing the same meter in new panel in their respective qtr is included in quoted rate.(iii) LT panel board shall be type tested from CPRI for 4000 Amp with breaking capacity not less than 65 KA & IP 56 as per IS 5039 Part-I & II.
