The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Obtaining Relevant Arrangements And Permits Required By Law And, On Their Basis, The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Nice, Warmer, Safer - Deep Thermal Modernization Of The Cultural Center In Miłki Consisting Of The Following Modernization Works: The Building Of The Cultural Center – Ul. Szkolna 1B, 11-513 Miłki: • Insulation Of External Walls • Insulation And Waterproofing Of Foundations • Insulation Of The Roof, • Insulation Of The Floor On The Ground, • Replacement Of External Door Joinery, • Replacement Of Window Joinery, • Replacement Of The Heat Source With A Heat Pump, • Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation , For The 45/35°C Low-Temperature System Of The Floor System And Fan Coil Units In The Auditorium, • Execution Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation, • Installation Of Insulation Of The Central Heating System Pipes, • Installation Of Automation To Control The Central Heating System. • Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery And Cooling From A Heat Pump In Summer. • Installation Of 20 Kwp Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of The Building In The Southern Exposure, Installation On The Ground Is Allowed If The Foundation Conditions Are Favorable. Angle Of Inclination Of The Panels Close To 30 Degrees, Spacing To Prevent The Panels From Being Shaded By Nearby Objects, Strengthening Of The Roof Structure.  Replacing The Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones And Equipping It With An Automatic Control System • Other Works Necessary For Thermal Modernization (Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings, Adapting The Roof To Accommodate A Photovoltaic Installation, Replacing Gutters And Downspouts, Etc.)2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Following Scope Of Works In The Design And Build System: 1) Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (In 3 Copies - Construction Design And Executive Designs) For The Task In Question; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Up-To-Date Maps For Design Purposes, Conditions Arrangements;3) Carrying Out All Other Necessary Administrative Procedures Ending With Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required);4) Providing The Ordering Party With 3 Copies Of The Agreed And Accepted Technical Documentation;5) Comprehensive Implementation Of Thermal Modernization Works;6) Carrying Out Control Measurements, Carrying Out Tests Installation, Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Installation (Concerning Central Heating Installations);7) User Training;8) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of 3 Copies Of As-Built Documentation, Operation And Maintenance Instructions And A Set Of Warranty Cards9) Delivery To The Ordering Party Of 3 Copies Of The Agreed And Approved Technical Documentation, 10) User Training; 11) Preparation Of The Area; 12) Restoration Of The State Before The Commencement Of The Works (I.E.
