Public-Service Buses – Delivery Of 4 Electric Public Transport Buses And Charging Stations. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Electric Buses And The Delivery And Installation Of Charging Stations Along With Equipment For Their Operation, Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees Carried Out As Part Of The Project Purchase Of 4 Electric Buses With Infrastructure In Ełk As Part Of The Investment: G 1.3.2 Zero-Emission Public Transport (Buses) Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Brand New, Single-Section, Low-Floor, Two-Axle City Buses Of One Brand And Type, Structurally Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Powered By An Electric Engine, Charged Via A Wire Connector (Plug-In), Hereinafter Referred To As Electric Buses Together With Electronic Equipment (Dedicated Devices And Systems), Necessary Software And Documentation. As Part Of The Delivery Of Buses, Training Is Required For Drivers And Technical Support Staff Regarding The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Vehicles And Equipment. 2) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Two Two-Station Depot Charging Stations Enabling Battery Charging In Electric Buses, Along With Workshop Equipment, Hardware And Computer Software, Enabling, Among Others, Supervision Of Energy Consumption Of Charging Stations And Buses. As Part Of The Delivery Of The Charging Station, Training Is Required For Technical Staff Regarding The Operation, Maintenance And Supervision Of The Operation Of The Delivered Devices. Installation And Commissioning Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Depot. 3. The Delivered Buses Must Have The Following Documents, Valid On The Date Of Delivery: 1) Homologation, Certificates, Attestations And Other Documents In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Enabling Their Registration In The Republic Of Poland. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Buses, Charging Stations And Equipment Are Not Prototype Devices, I.E. That Each Of Them Must Be Placed On The Market Of European Union Member States Or Countries With Which The European Community Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs. 5. The Buses Delivered Must Be Of One Type, Brand, Variant And Version, Which Means That They Are Identical, In Particular In Terms Of Design, Technical Parameters, Assembly And Equipment. 6. An Unused Bus With A Mileage Of No More Than 1,000 Km, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery, Is Considered Brand New. 7. The Technical And Operational Parameters Of Buses And The Quality Of Their Assemblies And Components Must Comply With Applicable General Regulations. 8. The Design Of The Vehicle And The Solutions Used Should Guarantee At Least 15 Years Of Operation Of The Bus, Assuming An Average Annual Mileage Of 50,000. Km. 9. Delivery Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 10. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Scope
