The Successful Bidders Services Will Include In Particular: • The Design, Planning, Financing And Construction Of The Lake Water Network Installations (Buried Pipe), The Connection To The Production Of Energie De Lazur And The Equipment Complete Substations As Well As Civil Engineering Works (Earthworks, Excavations, Road Repairs) Inherent To The Installation Of The Pipes (Thermal Network). • Upkeep, Maintenance, Operation And Renewal Of Energy Production Installations And Substations (Hydraulic Networks And Components, Heat Pumps, Possible Auxiliary Gas Boilers, Refrigeration Units, Exchangers, Etc.) . The Supply Of Heat And Possibly Comfort Cold, Process Cold, Domestic Hot Water To Buildings That Have Integrated The Thermal Network. • Complete Administrative Management Of Network Customers, Invoicing, Active Search For New Tenants, Development And Negotiation Of Contracts For Future Tenants (Based On A Standard Contract Proposal Provided By The Municipalities). Alternatively, The Contractor Can Propose And Therefore Take Responsibility For The Design, Planning, Financing, Construction And Operation, Maintenance And Renewal Of Another Pumping Station With Its Lake Pipe.
