The Subject And Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 10 Pieces Of Brand New Multi-Unit, Unidirectional, Low-Floor Or Partially Low-Floor Trams, With A Drivers Cabin In The Front And A Control Station At The Rear Of The Tram. The Length Of Trams, Measured Together With Bumpers, Is To Be Not Less Than 19,000 Mm And Not More Than 24,000 Mm. 2) Delivery Of Specialized Service Equipment Necessary To Perform Inspections And Repairs Of Trams Referred To In Item 1) Above, In The Form Of Tools And Devices Specified In Chapter V Section 5 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3) Delivery Of A Package Of Spare Parts For Tram Repairs (Repair Package) Referred To In Point 1) Above, Described In Chapter V Section 6 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4) Delivery Of Technical Documentation Along With Software And Licenses, Described In Chapter V Section 3 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5) Service Including Employee Training, Described In Chapter V Section 4 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
