Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Hydrogen Management - Design And Related Work. Provision Of The Following Services Related To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction Of The Hydrogen Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction): A) Processing Of The Basic Project Documentation Of The Construction, Together With The Provision Of Investigative Procedures In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 7 Of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On The Assessment Of Effects On Environment And On The Amendment Of Some Related Laws (The Environmental Impact Assessment Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zeia), And Securing The Opinion Of The Relevant Administrative Authority Pursuant To Act No. 76/2002 Coll., On Integrated Prevention And Mitigation Pollution, On The Integrated Pollution Register And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (The Integrated Prevention Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zip), Whether An Integrated Permit According To Zip (Hereinafter Referred To As Integrated Permit) Is Necessary For The Operation Of The Building; B) Development Of Project Documentation For The Issuance Of A Permit For The Removal Of Existing Buildings Located In The Area On Which The Electrolyzer Is To Be Located (Hereinafter Referred To As Demolition), Including Obtaining A Valid Demolition Permit; C) Preparation Of A Part Of The Tender Documentation For The Tender Procedure, In The Framework Of Which The Construction Contractor Will Be Selected (Hereinafter Referred To As The Supplier), Consisting Of The Technical Conditions According To § 89 Et Seq. Zzvz, And Subsequent Cooperation With The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Procurement Procedure, In Which The Contractor Will Be Selected; D) Provided That The Competent Authority According To The Zeia (Hereinafter Referred To As The Eia Authority) Comes To The Conclusion In The Investigation Procedure That The Construction Is Subject To Assessment According To The Zeia, Provision Of An Assessment Of The Effect Of The Construction Plan On The Environment; E) Development Of Project Documentation For The Issuance Of A Construction Plan Permit, Including Securing A Valid Construction Plan Permit; F) Provided That The Opinion Of The Relevant Administrative Authority According To The Zip Shows That An Integrated Permit Is Necessary For The Operation Of The Building, The Preparation Of An Application For The Issuance Of An Integrated Permit, Including The Provision Of A Valid Integrated Permit.
