In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016, The Amount Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Is Not Added To The Estimated Value Of The Contract, But Represents Amounts That Can Be Accessed, If Necessary, Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions After The Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Amendment Of This Works Contract Through An Addendum, And With The Inclusion In The Percentage Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen According To The Approved Project From The General Estimate.
