The Execution Of All The Items To Be Procured With The Help Of This Dynamic Procurement System Will Be Tendered As Separate Orders Among The Bidders Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System 2025-2029, I.E. Dhj Contractors. The Pavement Works And Pavement Patching Contracts That Are The Subject Of Procurement, As Well As The Structural Improvement And Drainage Renovation Works Carried Out In Connection With Them, Are Divided Into Two Entities, Which Have Their Own Sets Of Documents: - Paving Work Documents (Part 1) - Pavement Patching Work Documents (Part 2) In Each Separate Assignment, It Is Determined Whether The Paving Works (Part 1 ) Or The Set Of Documents For Pavement Patching Works (Part 2). The Paving Works (Part 1) Are Procured As Complete Contracts Based On The Total Price. Paving Patching Works (Part 2) Are Procured As Unit Price Contracts, Which May Be Based On Partnership Activities. The Form Of Quality Assurance Is Building Quality Responsibility. A Stand-Alone Assignment Can Include A Single Object Or Type Of Work. A Stand-Alone Assignment Can Also Last For Several Years And Contain Several Targets, Target Groups And/Or Types Of Work. The Detailed Content Of The Works, Geographical Location, Targets And Scope Of The Targets Are Specified In The Tender Documents For Each Individual Contract. Bids For Individual Assignments Must Be Based On The Initial Information Given In The Request For Bids. In A Stand-Alone Contract, Minimum Requirements Can Be Set For Those Working In Project Management Positions And/Or Other Personnel Of The Project. According To The Customers Estimate, Most Of The Individual Stand-Alone Orders Made Within The Dynamic Procurement System Vary In Value Between 0.1 And 30 Million Euros. The Decision Basis For Tenders Is Determined On A Separate Assignment Basis. The Lowest Price Of The Overall Economic Advantage Or The Best Price-Quality Ratio Is Used As The Decision Basis, Taking Into Account The Comparison Criteria Presented In The Tender Documents For Stand-Alone Orders. Repairs Carried Out In The Area Of The Ely Centers Are Currently Procured Centrally In Four Procurement Areas: - The Northern Procurement Area, With Laplands Ely Center Acting As The Procurement Ely Center. - Eastern Procurement Area, Whose Central Finland Ely Center Acts As The Procurement Ely Center. - The Southern Procurement Area, Whose Procurement-Ely-
