The Organizing Contracting Authority Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital Intends To Integrate Digitalization Into Medical Practice By Implementing A Digitalization System - Communication Infrastructure, Security, Software Applications - With The Central Objective Of Implementing Telemedicine And Telecare Programs, The Use Of Medical Devices To Monitor Patients Remotely, The Digitization To The Greatest Extent Possible Of The Activities Carried Out Within The Hospital, The Management Of The Institutions Assets And Visibility In Terms Of Efficiency And Associated Costs Within The Project Pnrr/2022/C12/Ms-0212-New Hospital Infrastructure The Bidder The Winner Will Provide Design And Execution Services With Justified Terms To Ensure The Implementation Period Of The Digitization Component Specified In The Pnrr. The Design Period Is 45 Days, It Is Recommended To Visit The Site Before The Design, For Technical Details. The Execution Period, After Receiving The Project, Will Be A Maximum Of 18 Months From The Receipt Of The Order. The Implementation Of The Project Will Include At Least The Following Components: • Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Hardware And Software Infrastructure Necessary To Realize The System And Ensure A High Level Of Performance And Availability • Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of Equipment And The Communication Network • It System Implementation Services: Development/Customization • Training Services For The Use And Administration Of The System. The Terms In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Requested By The Economic Operators Interested: On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Established In The Notice Of Participation For The Submission Of Offers. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested, Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, Is 18 Days
