Prior Information Notice For Heat-Exchange Units And Machinery For Liquefying Air Or Other Gases – Notice Of Expression Of Interest For The Supply Of An Air-Cooled Condenser Equipped With A Subcooler. The Object Of The Supply Is An Air Condenser Equipped With A Subcooler Which Must Be Implemented In A Pilot Plant Of An Innovative Power Cycle Based On Mixtures Of Co2 And So2. The Supply Referred To In This Notice Must Meet The Following Mandatory Minimum Requirements: 1. The Condenser Must Be Made To Release A Thermal Power Equal To Or Greater Than 4.2 Mw Into The Environment Considering An Ambient Temperature Equal To 40°C And A Fluid Which Must Be Cooled From 78°C To 51°C With A Pressure Of 87 Bar; 2. The System Must Bring The Mixture Of Co2 And So2 To Have A Subcooling Temperature Of Approximately 3°C Considering A Saturated Liquid Temperature Of 54°C; 3. Condenser Fans Must Be Controllable Within A Range Of 25 To 100% Of Rated Rotational Speed; 4. The System Must Be Equipped With A Modbus Communication System; 5. Delivery Of The Device Must Be To King Abdullah University In Riyadh And Comply With Local Regulations. It Is Specified That Any Proposals With Requirements And/Or Values ​​Lower Than The Minimum Ones Established In This Document Will Cause Non-Participation In The Subsequent Evaluation. Minimum Requirements Are Defined As All Those Deemed Mandatory And Necessary. If These Requirements Are Not Available Or Solutions Below The Required Requirements Are Proposed, The Application Will Not Be Taken Into Consideration. The Economic Operator May Propose Possible Improvements To These Requirements During The Offer. The Value Of The Supply Cannot Exceed €185,000.00 Excluding Vat, Including Charges Relating To The Supply (Transport, Packaging, Unloading, Assembly, Testing, Invoicing Costs, Delivery To The Indicated Location, Installation And Training/Start-Up For Use Etc.). Customs Charges Are To Be Paid By The Supplier. The Contracting Authority Believes That There Are No Safety Charges Due To Interference Risks. The Following General Professional Suitability Requirements Are Envisaged: A) Absence Of The Reasons For Exclusion Referred To In The Art. 94 Of Legislative Decree 36/2023 And B) Professional Suitability Requirements Pursuant To Art. 100, Paragraph 1 Letter. A) Of Legislative Decree 36/2023: Registration In The Business Register Of The C.C.I.A.A. Or In The Appropriate Register If Cooperative, Which Shows That The Company Carries Out Activities In The Sector Of This Expression Of Interest. Economic Operators From Other Member States Who Are Not Resident In Italy Must Declare, Pursuant To The Consolidated Text Of The Legislative And Regulatory Provisions Regarding Administrative Documentation, Referred To In The Decree Of The President Of The Republic Of 28 December 2000, N. 445, To Be Registered In One Of The Professional Or Commercial Registers Referred To In Annex Ii.11 And The Following Technical Professional Capacity Requirement: C) Demonstration Of Having Installed 25 Machines In The Previous Three Years (2021-2022-2023)
