The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of New (Not Refurbished) Medical Devices And Equipment (Robotic Operating System), Including Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Of The Delivered Equipment And Operator Training, With The Aim Of Equipping (Procurement Of New Capacity) The Workplace Of The Urology Clinic (Urol) With A Set Of Medical Devices Of An Instrumental Nature. Part Of The Scope Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Contractual Full Service Security For A Period Of 8 Years (Of Which 2 Years Free Warranty Service + 6 Years Flat-Rate Quarterly Payment After The End Of The Warranty Period). The Public Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts In The Sense Of § 101 Zzvz, Participants Are Only Entitled To Submit An Offer Including All Items Of The Subject Of Performance.
