The Municipality Of Diemen And The Municipality Of Ouder-Amstel Are Both Self-Risk Bearers For The Sickness Benefits Act And The Wga. The Wga Risk (Wga And Wga-Flex) Is Covered By A Conventional Wga Erd Insurance With Loyalis. The Sickness Benefits Act Is Outside The Scope Of This Assignment. The Municipalities Want To Gain Insight Into Whether There Are Insurers, In Addition To Loyalis, Who Can Offer Comparable Insurance As Of January 1, 2025 Because The Current Policy Expires On December 31, 2024. It Is Emphatically Not The Intention Of The Municipalities To Use The Services Of An Intermediary. It Is Also Not The Intention Of The Municipalities To Organize The Financing Of The Wga Risk In A Different Way. Two Insurance Policies With A Term Of Six Years.
