1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Roadways, Municipal Roads, Internal Roads, Squares, Sidewalks With Bicycle Paths And Other Municipal Areas (Pedestrian Routes Within Squares, Parks, Green Areas And Municipal Yards) Owned By The Municipality Of Lębork Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Lębork In The Winter Season Of 2024-2025. Winter Maintenance Will Be Performed In Accordance With The 4Th And 5Th Standard Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pedestrian Routes. 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Service, Technical Conditions And Standards Are Specified In: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And • Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Task No. 1 - Winter Maintenance Of Driveways In The Północ Sector A) When Removing Slipperiness As Part Of Task No. 1 Using A Full Set Of Winter Equipment: A Road Salter With A Capacity Of Min. 5 Tons On A Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 10 Tons With A Mounted, Hydraulically Controlled Road Plow With A Dump On The Left Or Right Side Or An Agricultural Tractor With 4X4 Drives With A Power Of Min. 180 Hp With A Hydraulically Controlled Road Plow Mounted On The Front Three-Point Linkage With A Dump On The Left Or Right Side And An Attached Spreader For Aggregates (Road Salt Or Salt-Sand Mixture) With A Capacity Of Min. 5 Tons.
