Removal Of Existing Condenser Coil [ O Ne Coil Having 2 Systems] Of15t Carrier Package Ac Afterrecovery Of Refrigerant (R-410A Gas) From The System And Supply,Installation & Commissioning Of Newcondenser Coils With Heresite P-413 Or Thermo-Guard Coating. The Fulldetails Of Existing Air-Cooledcondenser Coils As Per Table-1 In Technical Specifications.2.2. Supply, Installation &Commissioning Of New Condensercoils With Heresite P-413 Or Thermo-Guard Coating. The Full Details Ofexisting Air-Cooled Condensercoils As Per Table-1 In Technical Specifications.2.4. All T He Mechanical & Electrical Work Required For Completing Thejob Such As Cutting, Brazing Ofrefrigerant Pipes, Disconnection, Reconnec Tion, Removal, Reinstallationof Condenser Cooling Fans &Motors And Testing & Re-Commissioning Of The Ac Unit Shall Be Carriedout By Contractor.2.5. Disconnection Of Control & Power Cables Connections & Shifting Ofthe Control Panels From Thestructure Of The Condens Ing Units As Required For Completing The Job Andshall Be Carried Out By Thecontractor.2.6. Removed Existing Condenser Coil To Be Tra Nsported To The Dewad-Station Scrap Yard By Thecontractor.2.7. The Contractor Shall Carry Out Replacement Of Filter Drier Core Andch Arge Refrigerant Gas If Requiredduring Commissioning Shall Be In The Contractors Scope.2.8. The Bidders Shall Submit Expected Lifet Ime Of Tubes & Fins Of Theirproposed Condenser Coils To Evaluatetheir Offer.2.9. Pressure Test With Nitrogen Gas Shall Be At 400 Psg And Restoreback The Unit In Normal Workingcondition.2.10. It Is The Contractor#S Responsibility To Take Actual Measurementsof Coils Required To Complete The Jobas Per Site Requirements.2.11. Any Item Not Mentioned In The Scope But Necessary For Theinstallation & Commissioning Shall Be Inthe Contractors Scope.3. General Conditions:3.1. Site Visit: The Prospective Bidders Shall Visit The Site To Fullyunderstand The Site Conditions, Job Scope,Job Complexities And Extent Of The Work Prior To Submission Of Theirbids.
