Under Legislation (Vir-Bi), The Public Prosecution Service Is Obliged To Store Special Information In A Proper Manner. One Of The Measures Taken For This Is The Purchase Of Safes. Safes Are Required For Office Locations Within The Public Prosecution Service And For Home Locations Of (Chief) Public Prosecutors And Public Prosecution Service Employees. The Main Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Described And Specified Supply Of Safes With One (1) Tenderer Who Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi) For The Order. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Is Determined On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. To Carry Out This Assignment, The Contracting Authority Has Formulated A Number Of Objectives: 1. The Supply And Installation Of Burglary And Fire-Resistant Safes At Office Locations And Home Locations, So That Documents And Resources Can Be Stored Safely And Can Be Prevented From Being Stolen. . 2. Supporting The User With Corrective Maintenance And Malfunctions And Ensuring That The Safe Is Opened/Repaired With As Little Damage As Possible To The Safe And Home. The Scope Of The Assignment Consists Of Supplying Burglary And Fire-Resistant Safes At Office Locations And In Private Homes. The Scope Includes The Following Activities: - Supply Of Standard Safes And Parts Including The Following Services: Moving In, Assembling And Installing Safes Ready For Use; - Supplying Custom Safes (Including Advice, Design And Production) And Parts Including The Following Services: Housing, Assembling And Ready-To-Use Installation Of Safes; - Repair Of Safes And Troubleshooting; - Expert Opening Of Safes With No Or Minimal Damage Caused To The Construction And The Lock; - Construction Calculations For Installing Safes. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is April 1, 2025.
