The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Works: Bh-Cl-3 Extension And Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Networks In Oradea - Zone 2, Including: - Extension Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 2 With A Length Of L= 4,765 M, 55 Hydrants, 57 Branches, 24 Valves; - Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 2 With The Length Of L= 299 M, 4 Hydrants, 28 Branches, 2 Valves; - Extension Of The Sewage Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 2 With A Total Length Of L= 6,147 M, 221 Connections, 188 Visiting Homes; - Construction Of 5 New Wastewater Pumping Stations And Related Discharge Pipes With A Total Length Of 1175 M, As Follows: • Spau1 Wastewater Pumping Station (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=5, 00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau2 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=4.00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau14 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=20.00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau16 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =5.04 L/S, H=8.00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau20 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=14.00 Mca; The Duration Of The Implementation Of The Contract Is 8 (Eight) Months, To Which Is Added 36 (Thirty-Six) Months Pnd, (Or 48/60 Months), The Defect Notification Period (Pnd).. The Execution Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Project Technical, Attached To The Award Documentation. The Counter Value Of The Fees Related To The Issuance Of Work Execution Notices, According To Hcl 915/2019 Issued By Oradea City Hall, Will Be Borne By The Bidder Declared The Winner. Their Value Will Be Included In The Combined Items Of Each Street Without Applying Recapitulation And Vat On Their Value. The Execution Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Technical Project, Attached To The Award Documentation. During The Execution Of The Works, The Functioning Of The Existing Networks Will Be Ensured At Normal Parameters. The Contract Consists Of The Execution Period Of The Works, Which Is: 8 Months + Defect Notification Period/Warranty Period: Minimum 36 Months Or 48/60 Months. According To The General Estimate Regarding The Expenses Necessary For The Realization Of The Entire Regional Project, Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses In The Amount Of 15,039,943 Lei Were Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. During The Execution Of The Works, The Functioning Of The Existing Networks Will Be Ensured At Normal Parameters, As The Case May Be. The Consolidated Response Will Be Posted As Follows: - Ec Will Only Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed Up To The 19Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers; - The Ec Will Send The Consolidated Response To Requests For Clarifications On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right Not To Respond To Any Request For Clarification After The Expiry Of The Term Provided Above.
