The Padre Las Casas Care Complex, Consistent With The Policy Of Improving The Opportunity And Quality Of Care For Users Of The Public Health System In The Commune Of Padre Las Casas And Surrounding Areas, Especially With Regard To Filter Acquisition Low Flux Polyethersulfone F210 Synthetic Membrane, Therefore The Caplc Has Determined To Call This Tender To Guarantee The Supply Of The Following Inputs, For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Funds Available For The Tender Have Been Exhausted Or Extinguished, It Can Be Renewed For Up To 12 More Months, Under The Same Conditions Of These Bases. The Required Drugs Are Detailed Below. The Purchase Of Supplies Associated With These Therapies Will Be Carried Out Through A Supply Agreement, Not Guaranteeing A Minimum Monthly Purchase Of Supplies, Since It Will Depend On The Needs Of The Padre Las Casas Care Complex. 1.1.1. Details Of What Is Required. In The Event That The Durability Of The Filters Is Below The Mentioned Threshold, The Supplier Must Deliver A New One, At No Cost To The Establishment, After Notification From This Care Complex By Email, To The Contract Coordinator Of The Supplier Party, Who Must Make The Replacement Within The Delivery Times Offered In Annex 3. The Quantities Of Inputs Are Referential, According To Average Consumption, For This Reason, A Minimum Quantity To Be Used Monthly Is Not Guaranteed. Note: The Award Will Be Per Complete Basket Note: It Is Necessary To Point Out That In This Tender The Budget May Be Increased, If Necessary, By Up To 30%, Due To The Importance Of The Product Tendered For The Padre Las Casas Care Complex, As Long As This Amount Is Not Equal To Or Greater Than 5,000 Utm.
