Port And Waterway Operation Services And Associated Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation, Development And Modernization Of Argeles Port With The Constitution Of A Dedicated Semop. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To: - Select One (Or More) Economic Operator(S) Who Will Become Shareholder(S) Of A Mixed Economic Company With A Single Operation (Semop), Alongside The Municipality Of Argelès- Sur-Mer, In Application Of Article L. 1541-2 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities - Entrust, By Public Service Concession Contract, The Operation, Planning, Development And Modernization Of Port-Argelès, In Application Of Articles L. 3100-1 To L.3222-1 And R. 3100-1 To R. 3222-1 Of The Public Procurement Code And Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. And R. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Communities Code Territorial. The Municipality Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Management And Operation Of Port Argeles, Including The Administrative, Financial And Commercial Management Of The Public Service, As Well As The Upkeep And Renewal Of The Concessioned Assets. The Concessionaire Is Also Responsible For Financing And Carrying Out The Development, Modernization And Security Work Of The Port, Defined In The Specifications.
