This Procedure Proposes The Award Of A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Works (Design And Execution): Construction Of A Green School In The Youth Residential District In The City Of Buftea, Ilfov County For The Implementation Of This Project, It Is Necessary To Develop The Design Documentation In The Technical Project Phases (Pt) + Project For Authorizing The Execution Of Construction Works (P.A.C.) + Project For Organizing The Execution Of Works (P.O.E.) + Execution Details (De) + Specifications By Specialty (Cs) + Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Technical Assistance Of The Designer , The Technical Verification Of The Design And The Execution Of The Works, Energy Audit At The Completion Of The Works, As Built At The End Of The Execution, Remediation Of Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of The Anap Instructions, In Force At The Time Of Initiation Of The Amendment. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates: 18 The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Limit Established For The Submission Of Offers.
