Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipment (Excl. Glasses) – Purchase And Delivery Of Generic Laboratory Equipment & Parts Including Maintenance. The Rivm Is Looking For One Supplier Who Can Provide Generic Laboratory Equipment, The Necessary Parts And, Where Necessary, The Maintenance Of The Equipment. This Equipment Is Necessary To Perform Daily Laboratory Activities That Contribute To Scientific Research, Quality Control, And Diagnostic Work. The Equipment Must Be Generic, Which Means That It Concerns Common, Eu-Approved, Supplied In The Netherlands And Widely Applicable Lab Equipment That Can Be Used In Various Laboratory Environments, Such As Chemical, Biological And Physical Laboratories. Equipment Must Comply With Regulations That May Apply To Laboratories In General And To Certain Studies In Particular. The Tenderer Is Responsible For The Supply Of A Wide Range Of Generic Laboratory Equipment And Parts, Including Multi-Year Maintenance And Fulfilling The Broker Position, Which Can Re-Deliver The Requested Lab Equipment And Parts If The Contractor Cannot Supply Them (Soon) From Its Own Range. This Also Includes Equipment Used For Standard Laboratory Work, Such As Measurements, Analysis, Separation Techniques And Sample Processing. The Rivm Has Opted For A Framework Agreement For The Purchase And Delivery Of The Generic Lab Equipment As Well As A Framework Agreement For The Maintenance Of The Generic Lab Equipment. Both With One And The Same Contractor. Both Framework Agreements Are Concluded For A Period Of 2 Years. The Expected Commencement Date Of The Agreements Is January 1, 2025. The Framework Agreements Contain 2 Extension Options For The Client Of 1 Year. The Client Will Indicate At Least 3 Months Before The Expiry Of The Contract Period Whether An Extension Option Will Be Used. Arising From Both Framework Agreements, 1 Further Agreement Is Concluded Per Category Group. A Further Agreement Has An Initial Term Of 4 Years And Can Then Be Extended Unilaterally By The Client, With The Option To Extend 1 Year 6 Times. The Maximum Term Of A Further Agreement Is 10 Years.
